As you maybe noticed Donkeymails.com had a big database problem yesterday. With this we lost all new member info between June 24 and August 14. Please don't worry; all earnings, upgrades and ads are still there. Only the member info from people that joined during these period are lost. As well for the people that have joined before and had changed info at your account between June 24 and August 14 is now changed back to old info. Please take your time to correct this. I hope you have read our message on the top of the page well. On this page you can find all other info about this problem and to get everything fixed when you have problems.

 

INFO - Members that have been joined between June 24 and August 14.

When you can not login anymore your account has been lost as of this. To get this fixed, please rejoin with your old username. After you have done this all your earnings are back in your account directly. Ofcourse the referrals are gone that has been joined during these period. When you have lost a lot as of this please email us and we will try to make some solution.

 

INFO - Old Members that had changed Info between June 24 and August 14.

Please login at your account and change your info again, then everything must work fine again.

EMAIL/INBOX EMAIL!

For all members which the settings were changed to Email and Inbox bothly as these settings were not correctly. When you want to change this just login at your member info page to change this info.

 

When you still having problems or find something else, Please email us at datproblem@donkeymails.com With this special e-mail address we can reply as possible. We will expect to get more then thousand emails about this so it ofcourse can take some time.
